Was there supposed to be some content here? I’d really love some useful tips for forming this habit in my children. Thanks for your other great content that has really been a benefit to my family!!!
Thanks for checking! I had meant to come back and add some content. Most habits had games we played, but this one was a lot trickier and when I first shared it on my old blog years and years ago I didn’t have any “games” to add.
So two things – first did you see the fleshed out post about clutter here – http://www.wonderandwildness.com/habits/developing-a-habit-of-getting-rid-of-clutter/
And second, the “game” I can think of off the top of my head that we have done for clutter is once a week I would have my boys pick five things to throw out and five things to donate. Once I felt like they were on top of the clutter I stopped that and periodically would do it for the age that they were.
Currently we are in the midst of a two year remodel and everything feels like clutter 😉 haha
